Just a quick E-mail to say that i was very pleased with the service i have
just received from your company.
I spoke to the very helpful Anna who was very thorough and even checked
with a colleague. So i ordered the replacement hose on the 13/03/13 and to

Thanks for your help with the motor.
Unpacked the motor took about 1 minute to make a tiny modification to the old rubber gasket ( I had an old 300C pro) another few minutes to reassemble the old housing with the new motor and bingo.
Hopefully it will last as long again!

My tefal chip pan is an antique in today's terms great that I can still get the parts I need had it for over 20years used at least once every week for many years for family of 5 which has now stretched to 12 & they all come round once a week for my chips so keep the parts going. Hi,
I live in New Zealand, and have an ancient Hoover Aquamaster from UK.
I doubted spares would even be available, but not only did your website have the extension tube I needed, but you had it at a good price.
You had the only plastic one, at about 5 pounds, -other websites only had the metal ones at nearly 30pounds.
I ordered the part and it arrived in my mailbox, the other side of the world 6 days later!
Fantastic service!
Thank-you so much, I no longer have to kneel on damp carpet in order to shampoo it with a shortened tube. With a new puppy in the house, this is a huge relief.

Quite amazing, wheel breaks off the Hoover on Sunday afternoon and genuine replacement part fitted in 2 minutes after it arrived at 8am on Tuesday. I could not have even got to a local parts supplier this fast and so cheaply and all hassle free.
