Thank you for you very prompt delivery yesterday. I was totally impressed. Your helpfulness on the phone, even though the lady was on her own. It's so rare these days to get good service. I will pass on your details to others.
I had tried to get the same part from another company, who sent the wrong one, then told me it was no longer available. As it was an old machine!! Even though their web site said otherewise.
Keep up the good work. It pays off. I now have a "very happy old vacuum" whose been given new life.!!!

The spare parts arrived for my Aquavac 760D this morning. I would just like to let you know that they were all Ok. The hose was slightly loose fitting into the vacuum cleaner but nothing a little sticky tape could not sort out!! I would like to thank you for your excellent advice and prompt service. I found your staff very polite and helpful. Thanks to your attention I will be able to get years more service from my ancient cleaner. These Aquavacs seem to go on for ever.

Quite amazing, wheel breaks off the Hoover on Sunday afternoon and genuine replacement part fitted in 2 minutes after it arrived at 8am on Tuesday. I could not have even got to a local parts supplier this fast and so cheaply and all hassle free.
