Hi,
I live in New Zealand, and have an ancient Hoover Aquamaster from UK.
I doubted spares would even be available, but not only did your website have the extension tube I needed, but you had it at a good price.
You had the only plastic one, at about 5 pounds, -other websites only had the metal ones at nearly 30pounds.
I ordered the part and it arrived in my mailbox, the other side of the world 6 days later!
Fantastic service!
Thank-you so much, I no longer have to kneel on damp carpet in order to shampoo it with a shortened tube. With a new puppy in the house, this is a huge relief.

I had tried to get the same part from another company, who sent the wrong one, then told me it was no longer available. As it was an old machine!! Even though their web site said otherewise.
Keep up the good work. It pays off. I now have a "very happy old vacuum" whose been given new life.!!!

The spare parts arrived for my Aquavac 760D this morning. I would just like to let you know that they were all Ok. The hose was slightly loose fitting into the vacuum cleaner but nothing a little sticky tape could not sort out!! I would like to thank you for your excellent advice and prompt service. I found your staff very polite and helpful. Thanks to your attention I will be able to get years more service from my ancient cleaner. These Aquavacs seem to go on for ever.

Quite amazing, wheel breaks off the Hoover on Sunday afternoon and genuine replacement part fitted in 2 minutes after it arrived at 8am on Tuesday. I could not have even got to a local parts supplier this fast and so cheaply and all hassle free.
