Replacing Carbons Brushes on Purepower Motors 

Fitting guide: carefully lever carbon brush holder out of motor as shown (using small screwdriver )and disconnect mains tag.  The carbon brush can then removed (carbon first )and replaced .

Refit carbon assemblies to motor ,pushing the holder in firmly until  an audible click is heard

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

It is not possible to remove the carbon with out first removing the holder and it is recommended that the new carbon brush is soldered to the end tab
